Eminent Mechanical replaced my dated AC unit with a new efficient Heat Pump. Kyle arrived on time for the estimate, offered a 2 year warranty on labor (vs the competitive market of only one year) and the price was less than other estimates that I received for the job. Once hired he and a team of 2 others removed the old, installed the new,  disposed of the old, set up a new Nest thermostat, and walked me through all the work that had been done and how to operate the new system, all in a single day. Kyle also provided me with, and helped me fill out all the paperwork for a refund from EnergizeCT, saving me $3000 based upon the system I purchased.  Weeks later I had a question about reprogramming my thermostat. Kyle called me back shortly after I called, instructed me what to do, then sent me a video on how to do what I wanted. The following day he reached out to check to see if everything was functioning properly.  I couldn’t be more happy with the choice I made of hiring Eminent Mech. Called them out a couple of times last year. Once for a water heater, once for a zone valve on my boiler.  They were fast and did a great job.
